Vanliga Frågor

De vanligaste frågorna om Severin KV 8011.

Alla typer av kaffe som inte är behandlade efter roastning (t.ex. med socker). Använd inte kaffe med tillsatser som smakämnen (sprit, etc.) eller kaffe med karameliserade bönor med tillsatser.

Sätt in vattenfiltret när vattenhårdhet är större än 10 °dH (se avsnitt 8.3.4 för instruktioner om utbyte av "Limpid" vattenfiltret).

Mjölk med högt proteininnehål. Fettinnehållet spelar ingen roll. Mjölken bör vara något nedkyld.

Använd rätt bönor och se till att kaffet är färskt. Om espresso/kaffe inte har skum kan det bero på att du behöver justera malningsfinessen eller använda andra bönor.

Ställ in en grövre malning (se avsnitt 7.1) och rengör kaffemjölkdispensern (se avsnitt 8.1).

Tryck på menyknappen i minst 3 sekunder och använd Select-knappen för att välja informationsmenyn. Du kan se antal framställda drycker eller enhetstyp, serienummer, enhetsversion och mjukvaruversion.

Stäng av enheten några sekunder och slå sedan på den igen. Om felet kvarstår, kontakta kundtjänsten.

Nej, använd endast vanligt vatten. Bryggaren kan inte fyllas med kolsyrat vatten, mjölk eller pulverade dryckespreparat.
