Lösning

Check Internet status in Dashboard, restart network in proper sequence (turn off modem, unplug modem, turn off router and computers, plug in modem, turn on modem and wait 2 minutes, turn on router and wait 2 minutes, turn on computers), reboot computer, verify network IP address and gateway address, check WAN LED status and cable connections

Forgot SSID network name or network password connectivity

Setup new SSID and encryption key via wired connection by launching web GUI, going to Dashboard, clicking router icon, entering new SSID and encryption key, then clicking Apply. Firmware upgrade failed performance

Check the Internet status in Dashboard to see if the router can connect to ISP's WAN IP address, restart your network in the proper sequence, verify network IP address and gateway address, and check that the WAN LED is ON and all cables are properly plugged in.

When the Ethernet cable connecting the router with the modem is plugged in properly, the WAN LED will be on. When the Ethernet cable connecting your powered-on computer with the router is plugged in properly, the corresponding LAN LED will be on.
