After pausing the print job will be continued automatically. If the fault recurs repeatedly, reduce the heat level or the print speed via software.

Read error other

Check data of the card. Backup data, reformat card.

Remove ribbon installation

Orsak: Transfer ribbon is loaded although the printer is set to direct thermal printing

Lösning

For direct thermal printing remove ribbon. For thermal transfer printing set the printer in the configuration or in the software to transfer printing.

Ribbon ink side installation

Orsak: Identified ribbon unwinding direction does not match to the setup setting or setting does not match to the used ribbon

Vertical white lines in the print image quality

Orsak: Printhead is dirty or printhead is defective (failure of heat elements)

Clean the printhead. Change the printhead.

Horizontal white lines in the print image quality

Orsak: Printer is used with the backfeed > smart in the cut or peel-off mode

Set the backfeed > always in the setup.

Print image is irregular, one side is lighter quality

Orsak: Printhead is dirty or head locking system not adjusted

Clean the printhead. Adjust the head locking system.

De vanligaste frågorna om Brady Printer A8500.

Skrivaren är i ASCII-dumpläge. Avbryt ASCII-dumpläget för att åtgärda detta.

Om skrivarhuvudet blir övervärmad pausas utskriftsjobbet automatiskt och fortsätter sedan automatiskt. Om felet inträffar upprepade gånger minskar du värmegraden eller utskriftshastigheten via programvaran.

Om överföringsbandet är inläst felaktigt, kontrollera och korrigera om nödvändigt överföringsbandets webb och orienteringen av etikettsidan. Rensa också skrivarhuvudet och läs in bandet korrekt. Om inställningen inte motsvarar det använda bandet, korrigera inställningen.

Skrivarhuvudet kan vara smutsigt (rensa det enligt avsnitt 9.3), temperaturen kan vara för högt (minska temperaturen via programvaran), eller det kan vara en olämplig kombination av etiketter och överföringsband (använd en annan typ av band).

Buffertöverflöde inträffar när indatabuffertminnet är fullt och datorn fortfarande överför data. Använd dataöverföring via protokoll, företrädesvis RTS/CTS.
